Shipping Information:

We make every effort to ship out all orders the same day the order is placed. If your order comes in after our daily package pickup your order will go out on the following day (excluding Sunday & Monday). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping is flat rate $8 for all purchases.

Returns + Exchanges:

Return/Exchange Policy

We are so sorry your purchase didn’t work out for you! You have 14 days from when your order was purchased/delivered to return for store credit, in the form of a gift card. No price adjustments on previously purchased items. 

Returns past the two-week mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers expense. Since we offer  discounted/free shipping, return & exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please include your order number in your return!  Once orders are placed they cannot be canceled!

*Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving!

EXCHANGES:

We will perform the exchange if the item requested is in stock at the time. If it’s out of stock, store credit will be issued!

HOW DO I GET STORE CREDIT?

Store credit will be issued via email as a gift card after your eligible return is received, your store credit is good for 90 days

If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. We normally use USPS.
